Blueberry muffins

As I have said before, I like to bake on Saturday mornings. This Saturday was no different.

Abbe said sour cream blueberry muffins. As long as I use the recipe I always do. She doesn't like me to experiment on her favorites. Aren't my monster muffin cups cute?

I always do the sour cream blueberry muffins from this book:

As you can see it is well used. I also use it for the buttermilk pancakes. They are the best I have ever found. We tried many different recipes before settling on this one. It really doesn't take that much longer than box mixes and tastes MUCH better.

And now, of course, Abbe doesn't like anything else.
